It includes how Change Management, Release and Deployment Management, Service Validation and Testing, Service Asset and Configuration Management, Request Fulfilment, Service Evaluation and Quality Assurance and Knowledge Management can provide a capability to realise successful Service Transition The course prepares delegates for the ITIL® Capability examination in Release, Control & Validation and successful candidates will be awarded 4 credits towards the ITIL® Expert qualification |
