Who Should Attend:

This course is intended for those of you involved in transitioning IT and Business change into operations. You will probably be involved in one or more of the following ITIL disciplines:
Change Management, Release and Deployment Management, Service Validation and Testing, Service Asset and Configuration Management, Request Fulfilment, Service Evaluation and Quality Assurance and Knowledge Management

Prerequisites: ITIL V3 Foundation Certificate or ITIL V2 Foundation plus Bridge Certificate and completion of an accredited Course from an ITIL Accredited Training Provider

Overview

This course expands on the general concepts covered as part of the ITIL® Foundation course where they relate to Service Transition. It includes how Change Management, Release and Deployment Management, Service Validation and Testing, Service Asset and Configuration Management, Request Fulfilment, Service Evaluation and Quality Assurance and Knowledge Management can provide a capability to realise successful Service Transition

The course prepares delegates for the ITIL® Capability examination in Release, Control & Validation and successful candidates will be awarded 4 credits towards the ITIL® Expert qualification
