Overview

The course provides an introduction to the Version 3 terminology and the enhanced functions and processes designed to deliver value to customers and businesses, and ends with the Version 3 Foundation Bridging certificate examination. For holders of the earlier Foundation certificate, the Bridging Certificate is a pre-requisite for any of the higher level ITIL® Version 3 courses.
