DATA PROTECTION ACT NOTICE:

aQuip International Limited will hold your personal data on their computer database. This information may be accessed, reviewed and used by the company for administrative purposes and conducting market research. This information will not be passed on to another party without your written consent.

Bookings:

Booking may be made on-line, in writing or by telephone. All bookings are made subject to our normal terms of business, laid out here. On acceptance of the booking by aQuip International it will be confirmed by e-mail and followed up by an invoice for payment in full. Two weeks prior to the event aQuip International will send out joining instructions and any pre-course reading materials. For courses not organised by aQuip International a minimum exam charge equivalent to the rate of 5 delegates will be levied at all times to comply with ISEB restrictions. This currently applies to all Foundation Certificates in IT Service Management and all Practitioner courses.

Payment terms

Payment is due four weeks before the start of the course, or immediately if the booking is made within four weeks of the start of the course. Admission to the course will not be permitted if payment in full has not been received.

All course fees shown on-line and in published schedules are exclusive of Value Added Tax and any applicable examination fees, which will be added to the invoice as appropriate.

Cheques should be made payable to aQuip International Ltd and posted to aQuip International Limited, Four Winds, Fullers Road, Rowledge, Farnham, Surrey, GU10 4LB.

Cancellations

Cancellations will be accepted with no charge if they are made on-line or in writing at least four weeks before the start of the course. Cancellations made on-line or in writing within four weeks but more than two weeks before the start of the course will incur a cancellation fee of 75% of the cost of the course. Cancellations cannot be accepted within two weeks of the start of the course and the full payment will remain payable.

Transfers

Transfers of delegates from one course to another can only be achieved through cancellation and re-booking and normal cancellation rules and charges apply.

Substitutions

Substitution of one delegate for another is allowable at any time up to the start of the course at no charge. Substitutions can be made on-line or in writing.

Course Changes

Whilst every effort is made to maintain the course schedule and locations as published, aQuip International reserves the right to make any reasonable change to the location of a course, to cancel or reschedule any course and will advise the customer as soon as this change is known. aQuip International will make all reasonable endeavours to avoid such changes. When changes are necessary aQuip International will refund any monies paid by the customer in full or, at the customer’s option apply such monies to a re-scheduled or alternative course.

Liability

The customer accepts that it is their responsibility to verify that courses booked are suitable for the requirements of delegates and that delegates have the necessary levels of competence to be able to achieve the course objectives.

aQuip International endeavours to ensure that information provided in this prospectus is correct however does not accept liability for error or omission.

Copyright

The copyright and all other intellectual property rights in the course materials shall remain the sole and exclusive property of aQuip International. Customers undertake, in making a booking, not to copy or permit the copying of course materials, nor to disclose, sell or hire the course materials, nor to use the course materials to run a course.
